Apprentice School sophomore forward Isaih Harrison earned USCAA
Division I Player Of The Week honors after a week with three
double-doubles averaging 18.3 points and 12.7 rebounds per
game.
He scored 22 points and had 12 rebounds in a home overtime loss
to an NCAA Division III power in Virginia Wesleyan College that
turned around and defeated the fourth-ranked team in NCAA Division
III two days later. On Saturday he had 13 points and 11
rebounds at NCAA Division II Francis Marion in a loss to a Patriot
team that had only lost to the Builders 11 days earlier. The
next day he had 20 points and matched his career high with 15
rebounds at NCAA Division II St. Andrews Presbyterian.
On the year he is averaging 15.3 points and 8.4 rebounds per
game for the Builders (4-4) who next visit Bluefield College for a
7:30 pm tip on Friday night.
