The Builders slow start dooms their comeback hopes.  In the first half, the Builders found themselves down at one point 30 points to host Florida College.  A rematch from last Friday, Florida College jumped out to a commanding lead early in the first half as the Builders struggled from the floor.  The Builders opened up the second half strong, cutting the lead to 20 within the first couple minutes.  They were able to get within 9 points toward the closing minutes of the second half as the comeback fell short.  Jay Melendez lead the way with 19 points and 11 rebounds. 

The Builders will play Florida National today at 6 p.m.
