The Apprentice School Sports Information office is responsible for providing accurate and timely information to a variety of consumers, including media, student-athletes, coaches, fans and alumni. The office reports on and publicizes all seven varsity sports in addition to upholding the image of AS Athletics, as well as that of The Apprentice School in general. Other primary areas of responsibility handled by the Sports Information staff include writing the content for AS's official athletics website, GoBuilders.com, arranging all interviews with student-athletes and coaches, compiling and archiving statistics, writing press releases and feature stories and management of all broadcast and production through the official YouTube page of Builder Athletics.

Media Services: Programs, lineups, statistics, standings and notes will be supplied at all home baseball, basketball, softball and soccer contests to accredited media representatives at press row (basketball, wrestling) and in the press box (football, baseball). Access to press row and press boxes at the Apprentice School Gymnasium and the Apprentice Athletic Center are for properly credentialed individuals only. Halftime box scores are provided at all basketball and football games.

Visiting Radio Broadcasts: Visiting radio personnel desiring to broadcast athletics events at The Apprentice School are encouraged to contact the AS Sports Information Director at the earliest possible date to request permission to broadcast and confirmation of available space. Wi-Fi will be made available, but should not be relied on in most cases. To request ethernet access, please inform the Sports Information Director at least 72 hours prior to the event to allow for accomodations to be made.

Interviews: All interviews with The Apprentice School student-athletes and coaches should be set up through the Sports Information office. The best time to arrange interviews with student-athletes is in the afternoons on weekdays. Interviews with coaches will be set up based on their individual schedules and will be facilitated through contacting the Sports Information office. Interviews at the conclusion of all home athletic events will be held after the NCAA-mandated 10-minute cooling-off period.
