NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – The Apprentice School women's basketball fell short 63-55 against Bluefield State on Saturday afternoon.

BEHIND THE BOX SCORE:

• Jordan Wilson led all scorers with 21 points. She also added seven rebounds in the game.
• Aquazia Jones added 13 points and Latrice Washington chipped in 10 points for the Lady Builders.
• The Lady Builders were outrebounded 53-36 and the Big Blues held a 32-28 advantage in the paint.
• The Apprentice School forced 22 turnovers and converted them into 20 points.
