Three Men's Basketball Players Named USCAA All-American

BUFFALO, N.Y. - The Apprentice School men's basketball team was well represented on the USCAA Division I Men's All-American Team with three Builders earning accolades. Shamon Rosser was named First Team All-American, while Jahlil Hope and Devon Brown each had second team honors.

Rosser has 16 games in double figures, including a streak of nine games. He is seventh in the nation in field goal percentage, 41st in the nation in rebounding and 26th in the nation in scoring.

Brown tallied 14 games in double figures, also including a nine-game streak. He recorded four double-doubles and is 15th in the nation in shooting percentage, 18th in offensive rebounds, 11th in rebounds per game, 11th in blocks and 41st in scoring.

Hope also had 14 games in double figures, including one 30-point performance and three 20 or more point outings. He has accumulated five double-doubles and is 21st in the nation in shooting percentage, 27th in rebounds per game and 34th in scoring.

The Builders start their quest for a three-peat tomorrow night against third-seeded Bryant & Stratton - Syracuse. Tip time is 9:15 p.m.
