Biography

Career: 4 year letter winner, 2018-19 Builder Award winner. 

 

2016-17- Had 13 appearances and pitched 20 innings. Recorded 12 strikeouts and only allowed 16 runs, finished his Freshman season with a 2.70 ERA.

 

2017-18- Had 13 appearances, only pitching 12.1 innings but had 2 saves on the season. Recorded 11 strikeouts, allowed 13 runs and ended this season with a 5.84 ERA.

 

2018-19- Had 6 appearances and 4 innings pitched. Allowed 12 hits and recorded 1 strikeout, ending the season with a 22.50 ERA.

 

2019-20- Had 6 appearances and 12.1 innings pitched with 2 wins and 2 saves. Only allowed 3 hits and 2 runs. Recorded 13 strikeouts ending the season short with a 0.73 ERA.

 

Taylor is a graduate of Great Bridge High School in Chesapeake, Va where he volunteered for the Habitat for Humanity House.
