The Apprentice School

After serving two stints at head coach at The Apprentice School,Phil Janaro returns to the sidelines this year to serve as theOffensive Coordinator under his former player at William & Maryand longtime coaching friend Paul Hoffmann.

Janaro coached the Builders from 1985-87 posting an overallrecord of 16-12 with a best record of 8-2 in the 1987 which is thebest record for the Builders in the last 27 years.  Hereturned to the Builder sidelines from 2002-07 with 26 winsincluding a 7-3 finish to the 2006 season.

His resume includes stints at Head Coach at Bethel (Mn.)College, coordinator at the University of Bridgeport (Ct.),recruiting coordinator and assistant coach at the University ofIllinois and assistant coaching stops at Davidson College and TheCollege of William & Mary,

Janaro and his wife Rosa Lee have been married for 39 years andhave three children.  She is the videographer for ApprenticeSchool Athletics.
