The Apprentice School

Coach Robinson is a proud alumnus of The Apprentice School, where he played from 2010 to 2013 as a standout offensive lineman. A durable and dependable presence on the field, he started 37 career games and was a key contributor throughout his time with the Builders. He graduated in 2014 and currently works as a supervisor in the rigging department at Newport News Shipbuilding.

A native of Decatur, Georgia, and a graduate of Columbia High School, Coach Robinson began his coaching career 10 years ago with Hampton youth sports. His passion for mentoring young athletes led him to Hampton High School, where he has spent the last three seasons serving as the offensive line coach. This past year, he also took on the role of head JV coach, continuing to develop and prepare student-athletes for success on and off the field.

Coach Robinson brings a strong work ethic, leadership, and a deep understanding of the game to every program he’s part of.
