NEWPORT NEWS - The Apprentice Athletics Booster Club's 20th Annual F. Farrell Sanders Builder Backer Golf Tournament set for June 20, 2025, is filling up quickly.

New this year to the golf tournament will be the addition of breakfast sandwiches as well as the traditional lunch, all sponsored by Jason's Deli. In addition, the tournament will include long drive contests, long putt contests and a chance to win a hole-in-one prize worth $500.

The tournament will once again be held at Sleepy Hole Golf Course in Suffolk with an 8 a.m. shotgun start. All proceedsd from the event will go toward the Apprentice Athletics Booster Club and its mission to support the needs of the Apprentice Department of Athletics.
