NEWPORT NEWS - The Apprentice Athletics Booster Club has announced a monthly coaches show to be held at Coastal Fermentory in Newport News that will start with the first episode being recorded live on Tuesday, September 9 at 4:30 p.m.

As part of the booster club's mission of providing information to club members and the general public regarding Apprentice School athletic programs, schedules and results, the booster club's marketing chair Walker McCrary will host the monthly gathering, interviewing players, coaches and other booster club members and talking about what's going on in Builder athletics and the Apprentice Athletics Booster Club.

The public is invited to attend each live recording, which will be announced in the month prior. For those unable to attend, the show will be posted to social media in the days that follow each live recording.

Coastal Fermentory will be the host for each show during the 2025-26 athletic season at their downtown Newport News location just off 23rd Street. For the fans in attendance, there will be giveaways at every live taping.

The guests for the first show will be announced at the beginning of September once the show has been finalized.
