NEWPORT NEWS - The Apprentice School women's wrestling team took down second place at the Builder Invitational Saturday in their first home event of the year.
Kaylee Campbell finished 4-0 on the day, winning her weight division with two wins by fall and two pins on the day.
Janyla Anderson also finished unbeaten on the day, going 3-0 to win her division with a win by fall and two pins.
Jordyn Anderson finished on top of the 143 pound division with a win by tech fall and two by fall.
Skylar Schaefer went 1-1 in the tournament, finishing in third at 136 pounds.
Liberty won the event with 68 points, while the Builders had 47.5, edging out Navy by just 2.5 points. East Carolina, High Point and Yale were distantly in fourth through sixth, respectively.
The Builders will next hit the mat on Thursday, January 29, at Marymount.
