NEWPORT NEWS - The Apprentice School Director of Wrestling Micah Amrozowicz was named the Mid-Atlantic Conference Coach of the Year after the Builders swept the men's and women's conference championships Sunday afternoon.

Amrozowicz led the Builder wrestling program to their first ever conference championships, qualifying 20 men automatically with two wild cards as well as four women to the national tournament next week in Louisiana.

This season, the Builders have compiled a duals record of 15-4, including a runner-up finish at the NCWA National Duals as well as a first place finish at the Cougar Duals and a fifth place finish at the Virginia Duals.

The NCWA National Tournament starts on March 13 down in Bossier City, Louisiana.
